only shortcoming is that is not very clear when to use the stronger Snoot! formula. . . I understand it may be more irritating to some, but if I have never tried either one, it just complicates the buying process. I bought the stronger one and will hope for the best. Maybe if you had some simple anecdotal data from buyers or agar dish kill rates or something, it would help with this.
